PROMPTS is a digital health platform that encourages expecting and new mums to seek care at the right place and time through informative SMS messages and a triage bot that connects to a live Help Desk
The two-way Q&A component saw an increase in COVID-related questions, so our team developed a COVID-specific bot to provide instant responses to FAQs on the effects on pregnancy, delivery and postpartum, as well as facility updates in each county. It is a tool for information dissemination and to ensure that women are still able to seek care when and where they need it despite the outbreak.
