Online Reservation App (ORA)

ORA is a web-based software allowing 1) clients to book appointments at clinics, 2) clinic appointment management and reporting, 3) and case management primarily used for HIV services.

ORA mitigates the impact of COVID-19 on HIV programs by bringing online the entire process of HIV outreach, referral, clinic reporting, and case management (including COVID-19 pre-screening). ORA can specifically respond to COVID-19 by allowing clients to take a COVID-19 risk assessments and book a test. It also allows clinics/labs to report test and case results for patients with COVID-19.
