This is a dream to envisage a change for betterment in the lives of lower class community by making them self sustained and self dependent

1. This is a dream plan for unemployed females to make them self dependent and self sustained. 2. These could be married, unmarried, divorced, widow or aged females of rural and sub urban sectors of various states of India primarily, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. 3. Process steps a) Teach them to make them skillful to let them become an entrepreneur. b) To provide funds to them as working capital OR to provide them raw material in sufficient quantity. c) To let them directly sell in the market or to buy their product if they are not able to do so. d) Sell the very same product in the local market. 4. Target 5000 Females to be serviced in the first year of the project. 5. Business Model a) Making groups of 10 and teaching them on their skill of interest. b) Allow them funding of Rs. 20000/- per person maximum. c) Providing raw material to them on purchase basis. d) Collecting money as EMI from them in very easy installments on fortnightly/monthly basis e) Collecting finished product on regular basis and selling them in the local market, deducting EMIs out of proceeds and transferring them their share of money. f) This model will work as a combination of an NGO and a micro finance company wherein MFI will be funding and collecting EMIs and NGO will be selling raw material, buying finished goods and selling them in the local market. g) NGO will be operating at no cost model whereas MFI will be operating at reasonable margins.
