E-Heza Data Solutions
E-Heza is a point-of-care tool co-designed with nurses and CHWs in Rwanda that utilizes that data collected to improve the quality of care and tailor health education to the needs of individuals.
Acute Illness module allows CHWs to assess risk- if covid suspect, advises immediate next steps. If not a suspect, they can continue evaluation/management with decision trees. Information collected populates a progress report accessible by health centers (HCs). HCs can continue evaluation/management in the same record. Information is readily available at each level of care. Simple data aggregation
