DM Thomas Foundation for Young People Central Grants

UK charities working with babies and young people up to the age of 25 can apply to the central grant scheme. The foundation is particularly interested in supporting projects that aim to help young people who have disabilities, are sick in hospital, or have a pre-existing life limiting condition. Grants of up to £30,000 per year are available.
