COVID19 Triage
We developed a Risk Assessment and Self Reporting tool that supports the surveillance activities and education of the public.
The tool helps the general populace identify their risk levels of contracting COVID-19, educating them and providing an avenue to self-report/escalate their case to disease control organizations and ministries of health for quick decision making and actions. Overall, it is useful for quick risk assessments, education, and decision making and remote monitoring (if required) for the users.
